'It sounded like torture': Inside the Florida home where feral Negro Terrell Coley, 38, is arrested for 'abusing 33 dogs including pit bulls kept in cramped kennels with dogfighting equipment - as well as neglecting two Colored children'

Investigators seized 33 pit bulls from a man from Largo, Florida on Saturday. Terrell Coley, 38, was arrested on animal cruelty and child neglect charges. Deputies had received a call about barking dogs at the residence. 

When they investigated they found dozens of kennels in the backyard. A search warrant for the property found dog-fighting equipment, guns, ammunition and cocaine inside the home. 

Coley was also caring for two children both under the age of 14. He was arrested on more than three dozen charges including felony child neglect, aggravated cruelty to animals, animal cruelty, cocaine possession. Taken to the Pinellas County Jail and was being held in lieu of $157,000 bail.
