Dwayne Haskins, 24, had a blood-alcohol level two-and-a-half-times the legal limit and ketamine and norketamine in his body when he was struck by a dump truck and killed on a South Florida highway on April 9. Haskins had phoned his wife Kalabrya (together left) to say he had run out of gas and would call back but never did. The Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback was hit by a dump truck while walking on I-595 near the airport in Fort Lauderdale and was pronounced dead at the scene leading many to believe it was an innocent accident. Haskins' autopsy now suggest he was highly influenced by alcohol and substances at the time of his death. Kalabrya, his wife of just one year, broke down during his funeral (inset) on Friday,
