ASSHOLES and were "looking for trouble"
A 31 year old male victim (off duty Chicago Police Officer) was in a verbal altercation with an unidentified male black offender. Multiple shots were fired after the altercation and the white male victim was struck once in the back. The victim was transported to Christ Hospital where he is listed in critical condition. There is no one in custody and Area Two detectives are investigating.
